What's in stock?
We build in batches (we call them "runs"). As soon as a run is scheduled for a particular model, the approximate shipping date is displayed at the top of the product's page. For Instance, Ridgeline-29 VF Availability: Ships Mid October. We have a specific number of each size that we build in a run and as we receive orders, the website will reflect the change in the "Choose a Size" dropdown. For instance, "M *(4 Available)". In other words, there are 4 medium frames in that run that are available for preorder. If you see a size that is not available, please contact us. In certain circumstances, we can add it in to the run, just for you. If you miss the run, we can add you to a special waiting list and run it through on it's own.
How much does it cost to ship to my address?
To estimate the shipping cost to your location, add any items you would like to purchase to the cart and enter your country, state/province, and zip/postal code. You will then see a live shipping quote from UPS and it will be added to your subtotal. Many times we have free shipping, or other special coupon codes, so be sure to contact us and see if you qualify.

What is the difference between Matte Satin, Industrial Mill, and Bright Brushed natural titanium finishes.
Please see the different finish options available for the frame that you would like to buy. Select the finish option, and an example will be shown. You may click on any of those preview images to zoom in.
What size do I need?
Please see the "Fit Chart" tab on the product's page. If you reference your height in the top column, you'll find the correct size recommendation for you. Remember, these are just recommendations. In some cases one person may be able to be comfortable on a M and a ML. In this case, we would almost always recommend the M. A lot of sizing issues can be solve with simple adjustments and/or swapping out parts, for instance, using a setback seatpost or a different length stem. The best case scenario is to ride a friend's Lynskey or visit your local authorized dealer who has a fleet ready to test out.
Why does my Helix or Helix OS have a downward facing point in the dropout?
We take pride in perfectly aligning each frame by hand. We have designed these dropouts so, if need be, we can remove just the right amount (often just a thousandth of an inch) of material to get your rear wheel in the perfect position.
I just chipped the paint on my bike, now what?
Although our paints are tough automobile paints, the unavoidable sometimes happens. In many cases you can run to your local auto parts store and pick up a little touch up pen of the matching paint. (Some people also have great luck with fingernail polish.) We can also ship you (for a fee) a little bottle of touch up paint. If your bike's paint is damaged more severely, please contact us and we can arrange (for a fee) to have your frame repainted or you can have the paint removed and we can give it a fresh from the factory natural titanium finish of your choice. How do I clean my frame?
We recommend using Bike Shine by ProGold. Do NOT use citrus based cleaners.
