We understand that part of the anxiety of buying a new bike is the concern that your new bike may not be all that you expected. This is why we have our Total Satisfaction Policy:
If any Lynskey Performance Designs product falls short of your expectations in any way we will correct the problem.
The process works in 2 phases:
Phase 1
The 1st phase will be allowing us the opportunity to correct the problem. If your bike is the wrong size, you don’t like how it rides, you’re not happy with the finish, or whatever the case may be we will work with you to correct the problem. Yes this even applies to custom built frames.
Phase 2
Should we not be able to remedy the problem to your complete satisfaction during phase 1 with the exact model you purchased, you may at this point choose to exchange your product, even if this means an upgrade or a downgrade or a custom built frame. You will not be charged with any re-stocking fees for Lynskey Performance Designs products.
Notes
- If you are an original owner, please complete the Warranty Registration within 30 days of your purchase.
- You will be responsible for freight costs unless we caused the problem by shipping an incorrect or defective product.
